What we do?

Property Listing

• We list properties on zillow, craigslist, brightmls & other sites (As per the client requirement)

• We maintain a tracker for the tenants who visits the listing on zillow and other sites.

Advertisement

• We run adds on different platform to promote the listings.

• We monitor and update the adds regularly to keep the adds on top of the list.

Rental Management

• We prepare the lease for the tenant and send for digital signature.

• We prepare statements for the properties and send them to the tenants every month.

• We apply late fees on non payment of rent and sends the statement again to the tenant (As pre the client requirement)

Property Management

• We prepare the lease for the tenant and send for digital signature.

• We prepare property management contract between agent & owner keep the record of contract renewals.

• We do the same thing as the rental management for a tenant of a managed properties as well.

Notices & Filing Paperwork

• We prepare vacant notices for the properties on non payment of rent and send to the tenant.

• We prepare filing documents required for LT case.

• We create and maintain a court tacker to keep the record of filing properties.

• We communicate to the attorney for paperwork if needed y the client.
